#2: Sales Lead indoor & outdoor

Job purpose:

Responsible for overseeing all membership sales for inspiring coworking space and social enterprise incubator in WOORK HUB.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a member of the core woork hub team, the Sales lead works closely with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. This position will require a highly skilled sales person preferably with a fitness or hotel related sales background (due to similarity between gym member and coworking sales). Hospitality experience is a must. The three primary areas of sales are:

  1. Individual coworking memberships (monthly dues for access to shared office, like a personal gym)
  2. Corporate memberships; and private office spaces
  3. Meeting rooms & spaces for events

#3: Operations manager

Job purpose:

Responsible for all daily operations and maintenance duties management and facilitation, in cooperation with sales manager and CEO.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Managing all member requests, needs, and relations within the community.
  2. Responsible for maintaining the space and our quality standards, including the kitchen space, coffee bar, office supplies.
  3. Generating daily & weekly reports on our membership
  4. Assisting WOORK HUB staff with guest welcoming, cash outing, book keeping and reservations
  5. Keep up with the maintenance and cleaning needed for the space to maintain the space quality of service
  6. Follow up and cash out the operators
